Before you book
Good to know
Is my date reserved when I submit?
Not yet. Your request needs availability confirmation, a quote, signed agreements and the required retainer before the date is secured.
What are the setup rules?
Equipment must be placed on a clean, dry, flat surface. No dirt, gravel, uneven ground, food, drinks, gum, face paint, glitter, slime, shoes, pets or sharp objects on or near the equipment. Outdoor rental pickup must follow the seasonal cutoff times in the catalog.
How does the security retainer work?
The catalog states that a refundable security retainer is returned within 48 hours after satisfactory inspection, subject to the rental terms. Damage, stains and improper cleanup may result in deductions.
Are delivery and decorations included?
Delivery, applicable taxes, personalization and some add-ons are extra unless specifically included in a package. Custom balloon garlands start at $22 per foot, with a 10-foot minimum for installed garlands.
